​​Indiana India Business Council is a membership based business advocacy group that provides services to its members and leadership in strengthening economic ties between Indiana and India.

Founded by Raju Chinthala, the IIBC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2016 that contributes to strengthening Indiana – India relations by generating economic and social growth. The IIBC is responsible for bringing several partnerships to life, one that transcends borders and builds relations, creating strong international ties that lead to a vibrant economy. One of the major functions of IIBC is to collaborate with India based companies that want to operate in Indiana, Indiana based companies that want to expand in India, and businesses owned by Indian Americans living in Indiana.

IIBC’s mission is to strengthen ties between Indiana and India as a business advocacy group, bringing together diverse leadership, engaging stakeholders and exploring issues that benefit communities, businesses and government entities. IIBC serves as a direct liaison between government and business leaders.

Indiana is surging ahead. The State is paving the way in bringing together the brightest minds from all over the world while enhancing the lives of those who live here. The Indiana India Business Council plays a pivotal part in this.

  • To help Indiana companies establish their presence and expand their customer base into Indian markets by providing access, resources, business opportunities and connections to generate exports and economic growth;
  • To assist trade missions from India visiting Indiana to find and connect with Indiana based suppliers of goods and services and to help establish relationship;
  • To provide a forum for members to better understand, develop and promote constructive federal, state and local, public policies that are important to the advancement of international trade.
